• Snacks, beverages, and packaged foods
• Household and daily essentials
• Bulk and wholesale supply for restaurants and businesses

3. User Accounts

To place orders, you may create an account on our platform:

• You can register using your email/phone or sign in with Google (OAuth)
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms
• Guest checkout is available without creating an account

4. Orders and Payment

Order Placement:

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Product images are for reference; actual products may vary slightly
• Minimum order value may apply for free delivery

Payment Methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Online payment via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets)
• All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway
• We do not store your complete card or banking details
• Payment must be completed at the time of order placement (for online) or delivery (for COD)

• Prices for bulk/wholesale orders are negotiable - contact us for quotes

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, location, and product availability:

• We strive to deliver all orders within the committed timeframe
• Same-day delivery may be available in select areas
• Fresh produce is carefully packed to maintain quality during transit
• You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, we have specific policies:

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch/shipment
• If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund for valid quality concerns
• Refunds for online payments will be processed to the original payment method via Razorpay
• Refund processing time: 5-7 business days for online payments

7. Product Quality

We are committed to delivering high-quality farm-fresh products. However, as these are natural products, minor variations in size, color, and appearance are normal and not grounds for return. We ensure all products are fresh, properly stored, and meet quality standards before dispatch.
