If it's not fresh or not what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you.

24h Reporting

Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery for a quick resolution.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or replacement for:

  • Damaged or spoiled fresh vegetables/fruits.
  • Incorrect items delivered.
  • Packaged products past their expiry date.
  • Missing items from your confirmed order.

Note: Since fresh produce is perishable, we cannot accept returns once the delivery agent has left, unless a quality issue is reported within the 24-hour window.

2. Return Process

  1. Take a Photo: As soon as you notice an issue, please take a clear photograph of the product.
  2. Contact Us: Call us at 8945561152 or WhatsApp us.
  3. Investigation: Our team will quickly review the photos and order details.
  4. Resolution: We will offer either a free replacement in your next delivery slot or a full refund for the item.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
  • Products that have been consumed more than 20% by weight/volume.
  • Items reported after 24 hours of delivery.
